Sea Tow AC/Philly played host to a multi-departmental contingent of DEP, EPA, USCG, MSO, NJF&G, and NJF&W members in an exercise to identify areas along the Intercoastal Waterway that would be most affected by an oil spill and to stratigize the best effective means to combat such a possibility. The Cape Hatteras, Captained by Eric McLaughlin ran north to south along the ICW allowing the contingent a first-hand look at the areas that would require different methods of containment and clean-up should a problem arise.
